What steps must be taken prior to treatment?
Avoid direct or excessive sun exposure or tanning, one month prior to treatment.
What should I expect during and after my treatment?
How many sessions are required?
That depends on the type of concern to be treated. Our experienced team can give you an estimated treatment amount.
- Pigmentation results can usually be achieved in 1-3 treatments, but maintenance treatments may be recommended.
- Rosacea or blood vessels – Two to five sessions may be needed for optimal results.
- Vascular treatments – Results are usually seen in two weeks.
Typically, a course of four to six treatments are recommended for optimal results spaced every four to six weeks.
Some patients will be completely satisfied with two to three treatments, but this depends on the condition being addressed.
How quickly will I see results?
After the first session, you may notice changes in sun damaged skin complexion within a few days. Your skin will become more radiant over time with the most noticeable results appearing after 1-2 weeks. Opting for multiple photo-facials sessions will enhance the final outcome.
Are there any side effects or downtime?
What areas can be treated?
